Welcome to the best party in Beverly Hills!
With our Open Studio Party Package you get the use of our party area while the rest of the studio remains open for walk-in customers.
Maximum 25 total guests.
Package Includes:
- 2 hour use of our party area, which includes space for your painters, food, and gifts
- Studio Fees for all painters
- Paints, brushes, and materials for your painters
- Commemorative Party Dinner Plate
- Online Invitations
- Set up and clean up
- Dedicated Color Me Mine Team Member(s) to assist your party
- Glazing and firing of finished items
- Finished pieces will be wrapped, bagged, and labeled for pick up
Set up time is 15 minutes prior to the party.
Price:
- $250 plus the price of the pieces you select, tax, and 18% gratuity
- $100 non-refundable deposit required at time of reservation will be applied towards your party total
- Additional time may be purchased when available
- Party Gift Bags, Glitter Tattoos, Face Painting, and decorations available for additional price
Party Size:
The Open Studio Party Package is for groups up to 25 total guests - this includes everyone who stays for the party if they paint or not. Any party with a total number of guests over 25 will be charged as a Private Party Package, plus an additional $50 Seating Fee.
If outside entertainment is hired for your event (characters, face painting, etc.) we require a minimum of 2 1/2 hours for your party. You will be charged an additional $100 for the studio time.
Party Policies & Procedures
Color Me Mine is, as always, non-toxic, lead free and food safe. No apron required as all paint is water-based washing right off hands or clothes with water! * ARRIVAL TIME We encourage the host to arrive 15 minutes prior to your party to set up and prepare for the arrival of your guests at your designated party time. * REQUIREMENTS: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied to your final bill. 18% Gratuity and Tax applied to all parties. • CONFIRMATION Your party is booked based on the number of participants you've selected. Should you need to increase the number of guests attending, feel free to do so by contacting us and letting us know at least 24 hours prior to your party. Any party with a total number of guests over 25 people will be charged as a Private Party, plus an additional $50 seating fee. • FINISHED PIECE PICKUP The party host will pick-up all the pieces 4 days after the party date. All pieces are held in studio for 30 days. • DECORATIONS You are welcome to bring decorations for your party. • DEPOSIT To confirm your time slot, party deposits are non refundable and billed upon booking. Your deposit will be deducted from your bill after your party has taken place and upon check out. If you need to reschedule or re-book, please do so in writing 10 days in advance and we will be happy to accommodate a future date if available. • ENTERTAINMENT If you choose to hire extra entertainment for your event (characters, face painting, etc.) please note that we must be informed and will need to book your party for a minimum of 2/12 hours. An additional charge of $100 will be added for the extra time. |
