MINI PARTY (MAXIMUM 12 GUESTS)

Our open room party space has a maximum capacity of 12 guests. To hold the date and time for your party, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required. You will be billed $300 for up to 2 hours of space rental plus the cost of the selected ceramic pieces, less your deposit. If you exceed the 12 guests capacity, there will be an additional charge of $50 per person, painter or not, and seating is not guaranteed for non-painting guests. Sales tax and an 18% gratuity will be applied to all parties, which can be adjusted at your discretion.

Please note that all guests, including parents and children, count towards the maximum capacity of 12. If you require additional party time beyond the initial 2 hours, there will be an additional charge of $50 for each additional 30 minutes, subject to availability.

To pre-select ceramics, please let us know the desired price point, and we will be happy to assist you. Our pottery pieces require kiln firing, and items painted during your event will be over-glazed and fired in our kilns, ready for pick-up in 7 days.

Our tables are set with a white paper cover, which is part of our standard decor appearance, and we change the paper in between paint time and food service. Guests are allowed to decorate, but we request that you do not use glitter, confetti, or table scatter. Additionally, we ask that no tape, push pins, nails, or any other materials be used to secure decorations to our permanent structures and walls.

All bisque/ceramics are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the same stock will be available on your next visit. However, we are more than willing to hold specific pieces back if you preselect them in advance or place a special ceramics selection order at least 2 weeks before the party. We strongly recommend selecting pieces in advance, and we will set them aside for your party.

We currently do not have a liquor license, so BYOB is not allowed. However, we can set up a Take-Away paint kit if you would like to paint somewhere that allows alcohol.

In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. If you provide at least 7 days notice, you may apply your deposit to a party on any available date or time within the next 90 days or make a purchase in the studio within the next 90 days. If you cancel with less than 7 days' notice, your deposit will be forfeited. All change requests should be communicated in writing via email only.
