Booking Fee:

  • All Glazing, Firing, Materials, and Paints
  • Finished Pieces will be wrapped, bagged separately, and labeled with each painter's name for pickup by the party coordinator

Additional Information:

  • Gratuity: 15% minimum gratuity  (not included in package price)
  • Billing: The entire party will be on a single transaction.

Setup Time:

  • 15 minutes before the party

What to Bring:

  • Cake, food, and decorations are welcome
  • A refrigerator is available for your convenience

  • 9am-11am or 10am-12pm & 7pm-9pm

*A $650 party fee is required to hold the date and time for your event. 

*Tax and a 15% gratuity will be added to the price of the party. 

*Studio discounts do not apply to party packages. 

*You may show up 15 minutes prior to your party to set up any food, drinks, desserts and party decorations you are bringing.  There is a refrigerator in the party room for your convenience.  Your party  time is 2.0 hours. 

*Pieces will be ready for pick up 5 days after your event.  Please note: there is no individual pick ups on child parties. 

*Deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the event.  However, we will make every attempt to accommodate your request to change your date and time if necessary.  

*Minimum Notice for Booking Online:  Please give us at least 4 days notice before booking a party online!  Our parties are assigned a team member, and we need to be able to give you the attention and service you deserve! If you MUST party right away (we can relate!), please call the studio at 520.790.1100 and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
